Chauffeur Brussels ↔ Frankfurt
Both ways, about 4 hours estimate. This is a full road day. Do not stack it after a 16:00 in Ixelles and hope.
City, Messe and FRA are different last half hours. Write which. Autobahn works and the border move the clock. No “exactly four hours” badge.
A jet into FRA plus a Brussels night is FBO plus corridor. We do not operate the German handler.
How the desk actually works
The Brussels desk plans cars, not slogans. A written proposal is the only document that confirms the vehicle, the hours and the wait rule. If a host changes a gate, a terminal or a dinner pin after signature, send the change; we re-issue hours. Verbal “around eight” is not a booking.
Passengers from the United Kingdom, the United States and Gulf hubs usually brief in English. That is expected. The chauffeur still needs a street number in Belgium or at the far pin. Neighbourhood nicknames waste the first ten minutes.
Luggage is a planning input. Two cabin cases in an S-Class is normal. Four hard cases plus garment bags is a V-Class conversation. Ski, golf and camera cases belong in the first message, not at the kerb.
Child seats exist when you write the age and the number. We do not guess. We do not keep a theatrical fleet of unused extras in every boot “just in case”.
Multi-stop days are put-at-disposal. A transfer is one origin and one destination. If you want both, say the product. Releasing the chauffeur after the first drop when you still have a 16:00 is how the afternoon becomes a second job.
Brussels-Capital geography is dense: European Quarter, Louise, Midi, the airport road, the inner ring. Each has its own peak. A “Brussels hotel” that is actually in Waterloo or Zaventem is a different clock. Write the commune.
We do not run a nightclub car, a stretch, or a party build. Quiet metallic paint, discreet positioning, no door magnets with a slogan. If you need branding, this is the wrong supplier.
Invoices go to the entity you name. invoice@zenith.limo exists for billing after the job is accepted. The travel brief itself stays on contact@ or WhatsApp or, for Spa week, f1@. Mixing those inboxes is how a quote sits unread.
Weather in the Low Countries is a speed input, not a cancellation product. Ice, strikes and closures are communicated; they do not create a public timetable. The window in the proposal remains the commercial object.
Availability is finite. A second S-Class on the same morning is a request, not a default. Event weeks (Spa, TEFAF, large Brussels expos) tighten that further.
Planning the Frankfurt corridor
When the brief is about the Frankfurt corridor, the desk starts with clocks, not adjectives. Westend, messe, fra only matter once they are street pins. Fra only matter once they are a terminal, a handler, or a flight number. The e42/a3 is the physical constraint the chauffeur actually drives.
A morning that begins in Brussels-Capital and ends among Westend, Messe, FRA is either one put-at-disposal day or a chain of transfers. Those two products pay differently because they occupy the car differently. Write which one you are buying. If you stay silent, the chauffeur will complete the first drop and become free — that is a transfer, not a complaint.
Buffers exist because the E42/A3 does not care about your meeting. We would rather leave earlier with your written agreement than invent a siren. The proposal’s window is the commercial object. Radio optimism is not.
If your guests are arriving from the United Kingdom, the United States or a Gulf hub, say the inbound mode: FRA. Long-haul bags and jet-lagged principals change the kerb time. English on WhatsApp is expected. The Belgian door still needs a number.
Two cars are two lines. A photographer, a second principal, a crate of samples — none of that rides “in the boot somehow” on the Frankfurt corridor if the volume is real. S-Class is the default saloon. V-Class is the honest volume answer. Illustration photos do not reserve either.
We do not add theatre: no stretch, no party lighting, no invented paddock. the Frankfurt corridor stays a road job. Tickets, hospitality and handling belong to other companies you already use or do not use. We will not bundle them to look larger.
After drop, if hours remain on a disposal brief, the car stays with the Frankfurt corridor until the written end. If it was a transfer, the car is released. Mixing those expectations is the most expensive silence in a WhatsApp thread.
Billing follows the entity you named. invoice@zenith.limo is not the travel inbox. contact@zenith.limo and +32 472 57 86 41 remain the general desk. Spa circuit week uses f1@ because that week has its own density. the Frankfurt corridor does not need a fourth invented mailbox.
This copy exists so a human — and a search engine — can see the same facts: Brussels desk, written proposal, Mercedes subject to availability, estimates not guarantees, Westend, Messe, FRA as geography, FRA as a meet, the E42/A3 as the road. No ranking is promised. No citation by an assistant is promised.
Brief checklist
Date and local time of first pickup. Street of first pickup, including commune. Street of last drop. Number of passengers who actually sit in the car. Number and type of bags. Flight number or FBO name if any. Whether the car stays. Whether a second car exists. Who receives the written proposal. Who receives the invoice.
That is ten fields. Most failed days are missing three of them. We will ask; asking at 22:00 the night before is later than asking in the first message. WhatsApp +32 472 57 86 41 accepts the same ten fields as contact@zenith.limo.
Do not paste a fifty-row guest list if four people ride. Do not withhold a gate code because it feels “sensitive” and then wonder why the car is on the public roundabout. Do not send a new destination in a private side chat the principal did not see.
Do send a change the moment you know it. Terminal changes, a dinner that moved two streets, a plus-one with a hard case: those are normal. They are only expensive when they arrive while the chauffeur is already committed to the old pin.
Three-hour notice is everyday chauffeur, counted before pickup, not a poetry minimum. Circuit weeks at Spa are the exception, written on the F1 page. If you are unsure which rule applies, say the date: a July Sunday at Francorchamps is not a Tuesday in Uccle.
We confirm the car after you accept the proposal. Until then it is a quote. Treating a quote as a held vehicle on a busy expo week is how disappointment is born. Accept in writing. Then the plate is allocated.
Mercedes S-Class is the default executive saloon. V-Class when volume needs it. No stretch. No party build. No public price list. No ticket sales. No invented partnership with a hotel, an FBO or a circuit. Those sentences do not change because the far pin is famous.
UK, US and Gulf travellers use this same checklist. There is no hidden international form. If a UK segment or a second country plate is required, it is a line we write, not a licence we pretend.
