Private chauffeur in Brussels and European transfers
Zenith.limo is a Brussels private chauffeur desk for executive ground transport. The work covers airport meets, FBO and private-aviation ground when access is authorised, put-at-disposal days, European corridors in both directions, and event ground logistics. The car is confirmed only after a written proposal. For standard bookings, contact the desk at least three hours before pickup. No public rates.
The desk is built for assistants and travel managers who need something they can forward: clear assumptions, confirmed timing, and a quiet vehicle. The map on this page is clickable geography, not a live tracker. City times are estimates — open the corridor page for the far pin, then send the brief.
How the desk actually works
A written proposal is the only document that confirms the vehicle, the hours and the wait rule. If a host changes a gate, terminal or dinner pin after signature, send the change; we re-issue the hours in writing. Verbal “around eight” is not a booking.
English is standard on international assignments; French when the job needs it. The chauffeur still needs street pins in Belgium or at the far end — neighbourhood nicknames waste the first ten minutes of the job.
Reference cars are typically Mercedes S-Class or V-Class according to passengers and luggage, subject to availability. Event weeks — Spa, TEFAF, Zoute, exhibition periods — tighten supply, so brief early. Two cabin cases in an S-Class is normal; four hard cases plus garment bags is a V-Class conversation. Ski, golf and camera cases belong in the first message, not at the curb.
Planning Brussels
When the brief is about Brussels, the desk starts with clocks and pins, not adjectives. BRU, CRL and LGG matter as meets — a terminal, a handler, or a flight number. The European Quarter and the airport road are the physical constraints the chauffeur actually drives.
A morning that begins at the airport and continues through meetings is either one put-at-disposal day or a chain of single transfers. Those two products occupy the car differently and pay differently — write which one you are buying. If you stay silent, the chauffeur completes the first drop and becomes free.
Corridor times to Paris, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Maastricht and London are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic and borders are real. Corridors run both ways from the Brussels hub; same-day returns and extra stops are quoted only when they fit duty time and the written scope. Use the dedicated corridor pages for route notes.
Brief checklist
Date and local time of first pickup. Street of first pickup, including commune. Street of last drop. Number of passengers who actually sit in the car. Number and type of bags. Flight number or FBO name if any. Whether the car stays (disposal). Whether a second car exists. Who receives the written proposal. Who receives the invoice. Day-of contact for changes.
That is the brief. Most failed days are missing three of those fields. Field experience in the trade since 2009 means operational continuity in the field — not a statement of legal company founding year. WhatsApp +32 472 57 86 41 or contact@zenith.limo accepts the same checklist.
