Private chauffeur for Tomorrowland Belgium — ground only

Zenith.limo is a Brussels-Capital chauffeur desk. For Tomorrowland Belgium at De Schorre, Boom, we supply the car and the driver. We do not sell festival tickets, DreamVille packages, Magnolia packages, Global Journey hospitality or on-site passes. If your guests already hold access, we time hotel-to-meet-pin and airport legs. The product is the road, not the festival.

Boom week is not a city taxi pattern. Approach roads tighten, police filters move, and hotel overspill fills Brussels, Antwerp and Mechelen. A written brief ahead of the weekend is how the car is confirmed. Field experience in Belgian chauffeur work since 2009 informs how we plan festival weeks. It is not a claim that the Zenith.limo brand was incorporated in 2009, and it is not an official Tomorrowland partnership.

Official festival weekends for 2026 (source: belgium.tomorrowland.com): Weekend 1 — 17–19 July 2026; Weekend 2 — 24–26 July 2026. Public festival dates for 2027 are not officially announced at the time of writing. We do not invent weekend numbers. You send dates from your own tickets or hotel hold; we match the car to those hours.

Boom geography — De Schorre, Brussels–Antwerp corridor

Boom sits between Brussels and Antwerp, roughly 35–45 km from Brussels centre depending on pin and traffic. De Schorre is the festival park. Drop and collect only where access rules allow that day. Hotel names on the brief are pickup pins, not commercial partnerships and not room allotments. You book the room; we book the car to that address.

Common sleep pins: Brussels centre and EU / Louise / Midi; Antwerp centre and south; Mechelen as a mid-corridor option; airport hotels near BRU when flights drive the diary. If the group splits, say so — a second car is a separate line on the proposal.

Airports: Brussels (BRU), Charleroi (CRL), Antwerp (ANR)

Brussels Airport (BRU) is the first commercial pin for most international guests: BRU → hotel, then Boom days; or BRU → Antwerp hotel when that is the sleep pin. Charleroi (CRL) appears when low-cost schedules dominate — longer road day, earlier buffers, honest language in the proposal. Antwerp (ANR) when the hotel is north of Boom. We do not guess the terminal. A flight number in the brief plans the buffer; it is not unlimited unpaid wait — the written proposal states the wait rule.

Private-aviation meets use the handler you name. See FBO ground. We do not operate the FBO, hangar or ramp. For commercial arrivals, see the Brussels Airport chauffeur page.

Put-at-disposal multi-day vs single transfer

Festival weekends rarely behave like one airport hop. Put-at-disposal (the car stays with the programme) is the usual pattern for hotel → Boom → hotel, late returns and Monday exit. A single point-to-point transfer is possible for arrival day only. Everyday put-at-disposal from the Brussels desk uses a three-hour minimum. Festival week still needs the brief as soon as the hotel and weekend exist — not a same-day late-night scramble. Hours in the proposal are the hours you buy — not a public rate card.

Mercedes S-Class and V-Class

The standard car is a current Mercedes S-Class for executive road days. V-Class when passenger count or festival luggage needs the extra volume. Vehicles are subject to availability and confirmed only after you accept the written proposal. Quiet cabin, discreet colour, no stretch, no party build. Photos on this site are illustration.

What we do not do

We do not sell tickets. We do not sell DreamVille, Magnolia or Global Journey. We do not invent a branded parking slot inside the park. We do not run a shuttle brand with a public timetable. We do not wait as an unpaid open job because the set overran — overtime is in the proposal if you want it. We do not invent a partnership with the festival, a hotel group or an airline.

How to brief — checklist

Send: weekend (1 or 2) and which days need a car; hotel pin (full address); Boom / De Schorre meet pin (or ask us to brief the allowed pin); passengers and luggage; late return yes/no and collect window; airport opens/closes if any (BRU / CRL / ANR, flight numbers; FBO handler if jet); day-of phone.

Use contact@zenith.limo, WhatsApp +32 472 57 86 41, or the contact page. You receive a written proposal. The car is confirmed after you accept. No public price list.

Festival traffic without slogans

Tomorrowland weeks compress local roads around Boom. Closures, shuttle corridors and police filters change by day and hour. We plan buffers, not stopwatch claims. Journey times on any marketing map are estimates. Your written proposal is the operational reference. Late egress after the main stage is the bottleneck — a written collect window beats a last-minute WhatsApp.

UK, US and Gulf guests usually land BRU, then a hotel night before Boom days. The desk works in English. French is the operating language on the Belgian road. We do not add a separate “Gulf page”. The same brief form applies.

FAQ

Do you sell Tomorrowland tickets or passes?

No. Ground only. We drive guests who already hold their own access to the meet pin on the brief.

Which airports for Boom?

BRU first for most commercial arrivals, then CRL when the brief names it. ANR when Antwerp hotels dominate. Flight number helps the buffer.

Put-at-disposal multi-day?

Yes when scoped in writing. The car stays with the programme. Everyday three-hour minimum applies to disposal scope; festival week still needs an early brief, not same-day scramble.

Do you publish prices?

No public rate sheet. Written proposal after the brief.

WhatsApp?

Send the brief on WhatsApp +32 472 57 86 41 — date, pickup, drop-off, passengers, luggage, airport if any.

Which car?

Mercedes S-Class as standard. V-Class when passengers or festival luggage need it. Illustration photos, subject to availability.
